For the past two days we have been working on the 5 mysteries of the rosary. We had to pick one of the 5 mysteries. And i picked glorious. You had to write a miracle that happend. I was writing about the resurrection of Jesus. This is my work.
Have you ever done the rosary?
Today we went to the hall to see someone. His name was Bob Bicker-ton. He showed us some olden day Maori instruments. He started playing them one by one. And then he started telling stories after playing them. There were lots of instruments he played. One of them were a whale’s tooth and jawline. He is very good at playing them. There were ones with sea shells. One of them were like a yo-yo and he started swinging it around and it made lots of noise. And Then at the end of the performance he started answering questions. What would your favourite instrument be?
For the past 2 days we have been working on a Gratitude thing. We had to go on a google drawing and put images of the stuff we are grateful for. You couldn’t do anything inappropriate but you could do music artiest, rappers, and other stuff like food. Here is what i did.

For the last 2 days we have been doing something about our reading group work. It was about character comparison. You had to compare the characters in the video about their emotions and how they feel. Here is a link to see what i have done.
What other movie characters would you describe?
Yesterday we started doing a story about a video called Snack Attack. The video is about an old lady trying to grab cookies from the vending machine. But she looked like a little gremlin trying to get it out of the vending machine. Then she gets it out and then she goes to a bus stop. And then there was a boy who was sitting there listening to music. And texting his friend. Then she opened a pack of cookies and started to eat them. But then the boy started eating some as well. The old lady looked mad. So she put the cookies on her lap and ate another one. Then the boy reached out and then he ate one of the cookies. Then there was one last cookie. So the boy took it and the old lady started telling him to stop. This is the story i did.
I kind of enjoyed this story thing.
Have you ever had a confusing situation like this?
Today we were writing about feast day. For feast day we are going to go Jellie Park. It’s December 8 on Sunday. Here is my poster.
What are you going to do on Feast day?
Last week we had to look through a site for NZ Olympians. We had to look for the people that were on the slides. He put a link for us to look around and find the information of the people. He showed us screenshots of them so we could find them. This is what i did with my work.
This is all i did. It was a little bit fun but yeah.
Have you watched the Olympic games?
Today we went to our assembly and it was a bit quick. After the assembly we went back to our class to get our Duffy books. All of us got different books. It was really cool to see other people at the assembly. There were other people at the assembly we introduced them to the school. We did a song before we went to our class. I got a book called Bone and another book called Last Laugh. I was reading the book called bone first and then we had to finish up. Here is a photo of me.

What books would you get if you could get any?
For the last 2 or 3 weeks we have been learning about science. We went on this site called Phet. We had to mike the light bulb go on with random objects. This is what i worked on.

Today we had to write Positive Minus Interesting stuff about term 2. We had to write something Positive in one of the sections and Minus in the other section. And something Interesting. This is what i did about my work.
